Another shot from my trip to the beach. With the wind from the west, the waves were going straight into the channel. This caused some of the waves to break over the back edge of the channel, and over the breakwater. I was trying to get a couple pictures of some birds sheltering in the scant protection of the breakwater. As I was doing that, a wave crashed on the breakwater, showering me with water. The water almost instantly froze on my clothes, creating many icy droplets. This shot almost ended my trip to the beach.
